Renovation of an existing 8,000 s.f. hangar, construction of thirty new box style hangars in two buildings and new separate ADA restroom facilities. Built in two phases the project utilized vertical bifold doors and metal buildings by Metallic Building Company. Complete upgrades for all site utilities were required as well as new parking and landscaping, secure entry gates, trash enclosure, ramps and taxilanes. Coordination with a selected contractor, the city of Hayward and the FAA.
