2,700 s.f. Great room, master bedroom suite and guest room addition and complete renovation of entire residence. Site work and retaining walls. Home is nestled in a site heavily forested with Oaks and Pines, all of which were not only retained but integrated into the plans. Views here are while under construction, which was completed in 2003. New construction and existing was seamlessly woven to create a unified project. Attention to detail of the site work was essential for a client that treasured the natural surroundings.
