Noted in the City of Pacific Grove General Plan as one of the best examples of Craftsman style architecture in the city, this project was awarded the coveted 2009 Heritage House Award presented by the Heritage Society of Pacific Grove. A complete reconstruction and remodel, including the modest garage, most of the interior was reconfigured into larger more usable spaces, blending modern efficiencies with historically accurate detailing throughout to maintain the character of this ocean view gem.
