Tenant improvement, one of many completed at the city of Marina's UCMBEST center, owned by the University of Santa Cruz. This project was a total 'back to the studs' new space for a full service international design and engineering company, RBF Consulting. The project included design and layout of the interior spaces, interiors, lighting, electrical, and approvals through not only the city of Marina but the University of Santa Cruz and the Office of the State Architect since it is considered an educational facility.
